Great news....we've added another 50 raceview tailgate spots and additional camping spots to enjoy the fast paced boat racing weekend. We've also added Naked Karate Girls to the entertainment on Saturday night. Concert will take place inside the boat racing facility. Your Saturday General Admission ticket is good for the concert. Additional events and activities will be announced.

We're proud to announce Wake the Lake will have the Naked Karate Girls on stage inside the boat racing venue Saturday Night. The vintage group of boat racing led by Roger Hinsdale are coming back to Springfield Ohio and with more boats. "We're excited to have these guys back. I love classic boats and Springfield has such a history of Tunnel Boat racing with the Chatfield family and the Arcadian boats. The Dayton RC Boat Club is coming back for more action this year at the Springfield F1 Grand Prix. Tailgaters: Raceview Tailgating Spots include an 18' wide by 30' depth grass area along the south-side of the lake. We’ve put in a gravel road to help you travel to your spot. Please try to stay on it and utilize it. There will be a snow fence along the edge of the lake for safety purposes. Each spot will be numbered, starting from the race Starting Area and then heading west from there. General Admission tickets are allowed entrance to this area.
